Morrocan style burger with zucchini chips and Ras-El-Hanout mayoniase

INGREDIENTS
200 Gr Beef (Dry aged Angus)burger
Broiche sesame bun
Ras el hanout
Mayonaise
Zucchini
Garlicoil
Tomato
Cheddar 60% burger slice
Lettuce
METHOD
1. Slice the zucchini (very thin) and put some drups garlicoil on it, after that dry it in the oven at 85°C
2. Mix the Ras-El-Hanout and mayonaise(to taste) and spread it on the inside of the bun.
3. Grill the inside of the bun and after that grill the burger
4. Build the burger and finish it with a nice cheddar burger slice and the sauce/mayoniase(dilute if needed)
