Dough:
Flour 500 gr
300 ml water
1 spoon olive oil
salt( a snif)
Yeast 7 gr
Topping:
Mozzarella lamel
Red onion
Goat cheese
Basil
Tomato
METHOD
1. Prepare the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes
2. Roll the dough and overlay it with the topping ingredients
3. Bake it in the oven at 240°C for 10-12 minutes
